I was very impressed with Dr. Ahillen. She explained her diagnosis of my injury, and answered all of my questions fully. I found each member of the staff, from the receptionists, xray tech, and the medical assistants to be kind, personable, and professional. The office space was attractive and comfortable.

Knowledgeable and personable.
Dr. Ahillen has helped me with arthritis in my hands. I had surgery on my left thumb and Ulnar release 3 months ago and things are recovering great. She listens and gives you options. Great practice!

Thorough, understanding, friendly, warm, and extre
I have been seen by Dr. Ahillen on 2 occasions now. Both for arthritic thumb joints. Two years back she advised treatment for the ailment. The treatments helped quite a bit, but I use my hands a lot for hard work. I wanted some relief for an upcoming golf trip and she understood my concern perfectly and agreed to my requested treatment. She also answered all my questions completely. She also advised the range of options for future treatment. She did a LOT of checks/tests on my hands, telling me they are actually in great shape for a man of my maturity level (I'm old). I give Dr. Ahillen my highest recommendation and endorsement.

I really loved Dr. Ahillen as a person, but my finger looked better broken than it does after surgery and I’m left with an essentially unusable finger that still causes pain.

I came to Dr. Ahillen because I had terrible case of carpal tunnel syndrome in both of my wrists. It started about 2 1/2 years before and got to the point where I couldn't put on make-up or write without being in extreme pain. Dr Ahillen was so attentive from the first appointment to the last. She listened to every question and answered them all without rushing me. And best of all she gave me the use of my hands back. She is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. I highly recommend her.

Excellent bedside manners. Very thorough in explaining the current hand problem, potential signs to look out for, etc. Gave sufficient time, was not in a rush (as I find many docs in this field can be). Really pleasant experience.
