Dr Schlopp has the same problem of many poor doctors, 'She does not listen to her patient' I have frequent sinus infections and she wanted to prescribe the same Pfiser medication which does NOT cure the problem, it simply puts it away for a while. When another medicine was recommended she RUDLY expressed that she would not prescribe a more powerful antibiotic. She insisted and phoned in a perscrption that I refused to pick up and pay for. She did not examine my nose or throat, but attempted to force a referral to a ENT specialist. (Been there-Done that) If a doctor is too busy to listen to the patient they should be working at a fast food place and not in the medical profession. My visit to her was a complete waste of time.

Elaine new how to treat my mom's multiple health problems and had the right diagnosis. Great doctor that definitely has good knowledge. My husband, my mom and I all go to her. It was a struggle to find a good physician. So glad I came across Dr Scholpp.

My huband has a brain injury which makes certain tasks and interactions very difficult. Dr. Scholpp took her time with him and listened to call the ailments so she could consider how they all impact him together. She makes him feel heard and respected. Plus, she always asked before entering his space or touching him.

Dr. Elaine Scholpp, M.D. is so amazing! She takes time to sit and listen to you at all your appointments. My wife and I never feel rushed. I’m just so thankful that Dr. Scholpp is so honest and some might think it’s brutal but she tells it to you straight forward. I’m 36 now and have been having weight trouble ever sense I was an adolescent. On my very first visit with her, she didn’t waste anytime to let me know that I’m overweight and that I better start eating and living a more active lifestyle. I still remember her face, it was another human being that just wanted to see me live longer. She also added the alcohol conversation in that led me to research that I was drinking way too much at even only one drink a day. I am trying to put into words of just how full of life I feel now. I have so much energy and am sleeping better, while loosing weight with enjoyment. Physicians should be more blunt when it comes to their patients being overweight. I’m so thankful for you

Terrible- Go to someone with more experience. I will never be back here again. Very disappointing and upsetting experience.

Elaine was rude, belittling and ultimately did more harm than she did good. She claims to be a good listener but doesn't take what I said seriously at all, and treated me like I was an idiot. She asked me to clarify medications and allergies and said she knew what it was for when I explained it. I will be finding another primary care provider. Avoid Elaine at all costs.

Went to Dr Schlopp for a yearly bio-metric screening for my employer. In the copy of the bio-metric form that was given to me, a couple fields were left blank and my height was listed as 5 inches taller. I have subsequently found a new primary care provider.
