I asked for a referral because my daughter broke her arm. The front desk lady said if she isn’t an established patient I can’t help you. She was so incredible rude. All we needed was a referral for orthopedist. She then hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone else!

After almost 2 hours of waiting for an appointment that was scheduled over a month ago we left unseen. She preferred making a few extra bucks with online consultations to taking care of her contracted commitment. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

The best doctor I have ever had in my life; She treats me with dedication and professionalism, and I always have my medicines up to date. If necessary, she refers me to other medical specialists who can attend to my specific needs.

I went for a physical and was not disappointed. She knew exactly my concerns and how to address them. Great physician!

the staff were great and organized. Speak English and Spanish. Dr. Masid had great bed side manners , she takes her time and gives excellent care.

Dr Masid is not worth your time. She is never on time, and her assistant who inputs the info doesn't speak English and entered my scrips incorrectly numerous times. Scary. We travel & she agreed to renew my 90 day scrips while on the road. However instead she sent a 30 day supply & said we have to come back to central Florida and see her. From Utah....and this is my diabetes med! Don't waste your time

Great doctor. Friendly staff. You may have to wait for your appointment, but she doesn't rush her patients through. She is caring, unlike some of the doctors in town. She actually listens, answers questions. Wait time may be less as she has hired a new guy to help her. He is pretty good as well.

First visit & left without seeing Dr. Arrived 15 min. prior to appt. & after waiting 1 hr. 15 min, I asked for the status of being seen. Other patients arriving after me, were seen ahead of me. The Dr. was delayed with a patient, but the staff could not be bothered with apologizing or speaking to patients informing them of wait times. In my case, response from reception-"I was considered a walk-in"! However, I made the appt. & called to confirm. Poor communication & horrible office management.

Dr. Masid is a considerate individual who is very friendly and knowledgeable. She takes her time to explain everything in details.
