Eldene Towey is an inept MD who got her medical degree from the island of Grenada and has only been practicing addiction psychiatry for 10 years. She is currently working at MidHudson Regional Hospital on the Turning Point Rehab & Detox unit where she overmedicates her patients until they are zombies. They leave on more meds then they came in on. They are drug seeking and she puts alcoholics on Suboxone, cocaine users on amphetamines and cannabis users on Marinol which is indicated for cancer patients. She has no clue what patient centered care or harm reduction is. She is a vindictive person against patients and staff who cross her. She has no idea what it means to care for patients as all she does is enable them. She is a disgrace to medicine and should have her license revoked.

I have had the pleasure of being Dr. Toweys patient for over 1.5 years. She has displayed kindness, understanding and a caring attitude towards me in short "she really cares about her patients". She has extraordinary skills that helped me overcome so many obstacles, Ive been sober and stable for over 16 months thanks to the way she serves her veterans in addiction.
