I want to express how wonderful my visit was to Dr. Farrell's office. The staff was excellent in the check in process, the tech's were professional and the physician was excellent with her communication skills and overall eye exam. Highly recommend this physician.

Dr. Farrell and her team are the most patient-focused professionals I have experienced since moving to Harrisburg seven years ago. Their attentiveness, professionalism, kindness and patient care is second to none. Dr. Farrell, a highly-respected ophthalmologist, is brilliant and candid. She and her team spend the necessary amount of time with you to determine your situation and ensure you walk out of her center better than when you arrived.

Dr. Farrell was amazing. More info than I've ever received during an eye exam. Loved my visit with her. Huge compaint however of the loud fox news - only -channel in the waiting room. If I hadn't paid my co pay up front would have left. Receptionist told me she had no control over the broadcast that that's what "they"wanted. I felt hugely insulted. Sort of Orwell 1984ish.

If you're interested in sitting in an assembly line for surgery, this is your practice. And if you love hearing excuses for any complications, even better. Surgery is pressed on patients, the schedule is kept full. Sad, but would never recommend this practice.

Dr Farrell is great. She is caring, friendly, and explains exactly what is going on. Her whole staff is friendly and professional. Would not go anywhere else.

Dr. Farrell and Arlotti are excellent. However, I was treated very rudely by Barbara who handles their billing. After multiple contacts with the office over 3 months to resolve a billing issue, Barbara was snide and mean on the telephone. I will not return to the office due to Barbara. This practice has a lot of elderly patients and I can only imagine how awfully she must talk to them if they are confused by billing.
