The Best Doctor I have ever had
She truly listens to you; she gets to know you. The longer you are with her the more you just will never want to change to another Dr. I really don't know how long I have had her as my internist. a bit over 10 years, I think. She gets the job done. If you need a test the orders are in, and they are calling you before you leave her office. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Pilapil. i have had to come to Texas to help a family member that has cancer. I have traveled back to Missouri twice a year or more to see her. She will always be my Dr. If a specialist orders a test for me here in Dallas, I tell her about it, and she responds what she thinks. I trust her opinion over any specialist I have seen here with a great hospital. I listen to her, and she listens to me. I do not have a personal Dr here; I hope to be back in Missouri full time soon and I am happy that I will still have her as my Dr.

To this point, I have nothing but praise for Dr. P. She has gone the extra mile to help me understand the condition I have come to her about, she is professional and yet informal, using layman's language to help me understand things. I came to Dr P. at my wife's recommendation when my last Dr. retired. I have not been disappointed.

I have found Dr. Pilapil to be conscientious, kind, and caring. She listens to me and explains things in laymen's terms so I can understand. She was right on top of a very serious problem that I had that had not been detected by my former physician and I have complete confidence and faith in her.

Rude, doesn't listen, impatient, unprofessional, and looks unkempt. Her neglect resulted in a long hospital stay and massive hospital bill for me. She should not have people's lives in her hands.

Does not listen to patient. Prescribes what she wants. Will order a procedure that has many side effects then gets mad when you tell her you know your body and don't want to do that.
