My husband is a patient of Dr. Kannan, more than 5yrs.
Had a visit today and had to get blood work done at the lab in a different office. My husband is on crutches so he does have special needs for sitting. The lab did not have a suitable chairs for his needs. I went to get a chair in the hall way for him.
A Very rude nurse dressed in PEP sorry I didn't get her name
Yelled at me for taking a chair and showed no compassion for the patient. SO I DID not take the chair....So sad
yes I'm guilty of raising my voice letting her know it's a emergency caused he is about to fall if he doesn't sit down..
She replied what emergency you are in the lab..
This was a very disappointing experience for me.....
Dr. Kanaan still is a very compassionate, and professional physician

Dr Kannan has been my PCP Dr for many years. He is always Friendly and listens to my concerns . The staff is efficient. The only thing I would improve is the wait time on some days.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Kanaan since he first opened his practice in Livingston. He is easy to talk with, listens to our symptoms and/or experiences, asks questions, and recommends workable solutions and/or appropriate medications. We very much appreciate having Dr. Kanaan as our primary care physician.
