She wants to collect as many copays as possible. She scheduled a pointless appointment and I had to pay $90 of copay twice for her to tell me that she is going away and won't be able to do my treatment. $180 dollars down the drain, other than the $180 she will get more payments from my insurance and that's all she cares about. Waste of time and money. Stay away!

So many hoops to jump thru to get a simple screening colonoscopy! I was a new patient so Dr Bianchi wanted an EKG. I did that then was told I needed another appt since it was over 30 days since I last saw Dr Bianchi. I waited 2 hours at that appt for Dr Bianchi to walk in and say let’s get you scheduled. Next they wanted me to see primary again for clearance. The week before my procedure Dr Bianchi’s office called to say she needed to reschedule. Again they wanted me to come in since now over 30 days. Prep instructions were confusing. I arrived for my colonoscopy at 12:30. Three hours later I was finally called back and waited another hour. After colonoscopy, which was incomplete Dr Bianchi would not even come out to discuss results. I got my records and made follow-up appointment elsewhere. Dr Bianchi seems to want to collect as many copays as possible and doesn’t care how long she keeps patients waiting. 5 appointments just to get a colonoscopy! Ridiculous!

Very uncaring and arrogant doctor. Lacks compassion for the patient. No integrity or communication skills. Choose another doctor.

Una buena y comprensiva doctora. Le doy gracias a Díos que me haya mandado la doctora Bianchi a mi vida. Me encontró un cáncer que otros doctores me habían dicho era hemorroides.
