I have numerous somewhat complex derm issues and have seen many dermatologists ovre the years. I first started seeing Dr Kapler at Kaiser Permanente about 10 years ago. By far she is the most knowledgeable, thorough, sensitive, competent physicians I have ever woked with. I am also an RN, so this says a lot! I recommend Dr Kapler very highly.

I have suffered with hidradenitis supprativa for over 20 years and I have been treated by many different doctors. I am most impressed with Dr. Kapler's compassion. At my first visit with her in which she injected my infected areas with steroids, I was convinced that I was finally going to feel better. Five months later and I just had my second visit with her today. She is amazing. She is kind and caring, and I feel very fortunate to have been referred to her for treatment. And although there is said to be "no cure", I am thoroughly convinced that Dr. Kapler will do whatever she can to make me feel better.

Just what an old goat like me needs in a doctor to talk about whether my own skin is friend or foe. Friendly, knowledgeable and I can talk to her just like she was my own daughter ( who she is younger than.)

Dr. Kapler has the perfect blend of medical knowledge and a friendly, approachable style. She is a good listener and does a thorough job. I never feel rushed and I appreciate that she creates the time one needs to get questions answered, etc.
