Dr. Elise Reinhard is a superb geriatric expert. She is compassionate and smart. She goes through each issue that I deal with and makes sure we follow up on each issues that need action. She has given me plenty of time and plenty of encouragement. And simply put, I like her.

She understood and explained my condition in a way I understood. My treatment options were explained well. Dr. Reinhard was patient and empathetic and I would recommend her to my friends!

Dr Reinhard is one of the most dedicated and knowledgeable physicians I have experienced. She diagnosed my ailment and quickly prescribed the best medicine for my condition after reviewing my medical history. Best of all Dr. Reinhard listens to patient concerns and values their opinion. Her course of treatment provided quick relief and eventual remedy to my condition.

I've had many PCP's over the years and Dr.Reinhard is by far superior to any of my past physicians. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and intuitive. Dr.Reinhard allows plenty of time to answer all of my questions. Most importantly I trust her implicitly.

I would not recommend her. I nearly left here practice some time ago but stayed because of her knowledge of my various conditions and history. However, this week I was scheduled for diagnostic tests that required me to stop my anticoagulant, necessitating a temporary switch to another drug. Despite 3 calls to leave messages and 2 attempts to request the drug through their web portal, no response from her. I would have understood had she simply had staff call me to explain a delay. So I left.

She doesn't know what she is doing, plus she is arrogant. Last year, when she was covering for my husband's regular doctor, she told him she had some ideas about his problem, but she couldn't really help him unless he became her patient!
