DR. has Zero bedside manners!! She appears to be completely rushed, doesn't follow through with patients when they have questions about THEIR care. She was annoyed just by answering question about my Plan of Care. My impression of her: BURNOUT. Stop practicing medicine or taking new patients if You aren't willing to undo your washed out attitude for new clients. I can't speak for established patients but as a new one, I will never go back to this clinic. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHYSICIAN as a PCP or for any kind of medical treatment.

Office staff unfriendly. We were patients since 2005, and since my children were with a pediatrician I procrastinated changing Drs. When I had UTIs, I was given a 5 day wait. They don’t care. I saw the urgent care Dr more than this Dr. No big complaints for the Dr herself, but nothing worth getting past the unfriendly office staff. And after 10 yrs of longevity they still charged us a $25 no-show fee when we’ve never missed before... misunderstood appt when I had to do urgent care instead.

I was very concerned about some issue and i was recommended by my daughter to Dr. Alvarez which I thank very much for the great treatment and spending the time to explain everything to me. I had a great experience at her office starting from the front desk all the way to my checkout. Great atmosphere
