Zero Listening Skills
I went to the ER with severe flank pain that has been ongoing for months, but it flared up badly after I completed a course of antibiotics. Previously, I had been diagnosed with a UTI and a kidney infection, and I wanted to follow up because the pain was unbearable. Dr. Auld came in with a scripted monologue, and although I tried to explain my situation, it seemed to go right over her head. She didn’t ask any questions or show any interest in helping me. After seeing me curled up in a fetal position due to pain, she prescribed me a pill. I immediately questioned the choice, asking the nurses why the painkiller wasn’t administered intravenously, since pills take longer to take effect—this is basic biology.I also inquired about my blood results, particularly why my ALP levels were so high. Dr. Auld responded, 'What is ALP?' I had to explain that it stands for 'Alkaline Phosphate.' Lastly, even though my CT scan results were available, she never returned to explain them.

Does not listen & is a liar on reprts.
In 3 minutes she spent, she came to her own conclusions and in her report on the condition she blatantly lied.

Completely wrong diagnosis
I came to the ER with stabbing eye pain. Felt like an abrasion or foreign object. I told her where the pain was coming from and she kept talking about how it was probably dry eye. She used a scope to look only at the cornea for damage, but completely lost interest in examining the rest of eye. I said again where the pain was coming from and that it was alleviated when I rolled my eye away from it. She said ‘how does it feel when you move the eye in the opposite direction’? I said ‘the pain stays the same’. She said it was likely dry eye (again), didn’t examine it further, and gave me a prescription for an ointment and lubricating drops that the pharmacy that couldn’t be filled for 3 days. I left still in stabbing pain, eye running, nose running. About six hours later, I suddenly felt relief in the shower. Two tiny pebbles washed out of my eye. I can’t believe I have to pay for this. $1900 and counting, for what? Maybe she’s well intentioned, but she didn’t listen well or help me.
