My husband has Parkinson’s and Dr. Chambers is his extremely competent doctor. She is an excellent listener and an expert in the Parkinson’s area. We absolutely trust her and are lucky to have found her.

Dr. Chambers wanted to get to know us (my wife and I are a matched set) as people, not just as patients. I received an education in Parkinson's, of course what I wanted to know is, "How are we going to beat it?" and thus far I'd say we're winning praise God! Dr Chambers recommended like the best, the most experienced, DBS surgeon to implant my electrodes and battery pack, and she was very happy with his work and specifically electrode placement, right on! She's curious, ever-learning, always listening and retaining. Can't say enough about her, and my wife would heartily concur.

I was a little anxious going in to my appointment and unsure what to expect. Dr. Chambers was so kind, welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She was thorough with her exam and explained in details that were easy to understand. I felt much better and more prepared for my care plan.

I have been seeing Dr. Chambers for about 10 months. She diagnosed Parkinson's. She is one of only a few Motion Disorder specialists, so knows Parkinson's in depth. She has been thorough, warm, understanding, encouraging. Her communication skills are excellent. I am so glad I found her at the beginning. With her treatment, I have no symptoms!

I am a woman in her 70s with an advancing tremors condition. I have been treated by my primary care internist and have seen another specialist during the last 7 years. As this condition advanced, I decided to seek out someone who had specialized training in this area. I found DR. Chambers who had recently completed a Movement Disorder Fellowship at Southwestern. My encounter with her was excellent. Her physical review was very in-depth and her communication skills were excellent. Based on her analysis and recommendations, we jointly reached a treatment plan that I am very comfortable with going forward. She is an excellent physician, a very good listener and demonstrates an understanding of the difficulty that I as a patient have with this physically increasing disability. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Chambers was still a resident at UT Southwestern when I was examined by her. I have never had a doctor so determined to find answers to the problems I was experiencing. She was more than thorough and at the end she and her fellow doctors provided a clear, understandable assessment of my condition. I could not have asked for more.
