I started seeing Dr. Cox after being referred by my therapist at Gupta as I have pre-existing ADD and Anxiety symptoms. I then developed PPD after my child was born. I was suffering severely but with the help of Dr. Cox and the resources she had suggested, I was able to get my symptoms under control. Dr. Cox has always been patient, trustworthy, and very professional. I owe my life to her and quite honestly had some tough life hurdles that she gracefully helped me through. I recommended her to a close friend who was going through postpartum anxiety. She’s the expert in PPD and maternal struggles!

I developed PPD after having my third child. I didn't have it with my other children so I had no idea where to get help. Luckily, I found out about a moms supporting moms group and Dr. Cox was recommended. I've been a patient for 2.5 years now. She truly listens and takes her time. It's very easy to get in contact with her and I've never waited long at appointments. She's caring and takes any questions and concerns seriously. I don't know if I would have got through PPD with another doctor. She really does create a safe and comfortable space for her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Cox!

I started my work with Dr. Cox during my second pregnancy. She treated me with such incredible care and expertise. Her skillful conversations with me helped break down stigma, provide some normalization, and offered a range treatment options. I so appreciate how thoughtful she has been with medication intervention while also carefully listening to my opinions, self reports, and therapy updates. I have remained with her for several years, and now into my treatment for surgical menopause and the extreme rollercoaster that has put me on. Dr. Cox always starts her sessions with inviting conversation and updates about my life. I have found her easy to schedule with and I have been willing to travel a distance for this caliber of care. I appreciate how sincerely she listens and how compassionately she advises. Dr. Cox has invaluably improved the quality of my life and that of my family. I feel so incredibly fortunate to have found Dr. Cox and her expert care!

I had an abjectly terrible experience with Dr. Cox. I have suffered from anxiety and depression my entire life. After conceiving my second child while taking anti-anxiety meds, my psychiatrist recommended that I see a practitioner who specializes in prenatal mood disorders. I had concerns about birth defects associated with the medication I was taking, and was interested in other options. I went to see Dr. Cox, who was very dismissive of my concerns, and would not prescribe me any other medications except the one I had recently stopped taking with the support of my previous psychiatrist. In addition, she was routinely late to appointments. Both times I visited her, I waited over 20 minutes past my appointment time. When I attempted to pay my copay at the visit, I was not allowed. I never received a bill in the mail, and ended up getting a letter from a collection agency for 20 times what my copay should have been. I do not recommend this practitioner.
