Fabulous doc and office staff
Dr. Damstetter assisted with both a skin check (found skin cancer) and cosmetic issues. She is knowledgeable, patient and responsive. She explains everything carefully and addressed all my concerns. She does an excellent job and is very professional. Her front desk staff are exceptionally warm and caring. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Great experience!

I came in for a cosmetic procedure and paid for the visit. They additionally charged my insurance falsely, and I had to pay a $50 copay. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone there.

I highly recommend Dr. Damstetter. I recently had my first visit with her after an unexpected need to find a new dermatologist. I expressed to her right off the bat my concerns and expectations, and she greeted those with such reassurance. I felt like she did a very thorough examination and explained everything to me as she went. She made me feel at ease and comfortable.

Very friendly and listened to all of my issues and concerns. Very up front with one of then to see my primary doctor to have them send me to a different specialist because it required more indepth to be looked at than she could do for me.

She did a biopsy and recommended that a skin growth be removed even though it was not cancer. The scar looks terrible and the incision has been painful for the past year. When I asked her about my pain she was somewhat defensive and gave me a steroid injection which only helped a little. She replaced a great dermatologist I saw for years at her office who left the practice after it was bought out by a large impersonal derm company. I am not going back to her.

Dr. Damstetter, has a great bed side matter, she very polite, and she explained her thought about my skin condition, in a understanding matter, which mean, even I could understand, I did not leave the office wondering what was my visit about, and that mean a lot to me, she prescribe a cream for my face, with coupons for discounts, which I am using the cream as directed, so far no side effects, and I'm not expecting any, and I hope it does the job for me. Thank you! Dr. Damstetter.

I've been seeing Dr. Damstetter for about a year now. She has been a great help in treating my Alopecia and Dermatitis. She is very attentive and gives good direction for steps to treatment. She has even responded quickly to secure mail in Forefront Dermatology's online portal. I also love that she has early hours and can get in before work starts. I would recommend.
