Dr Groves takes the necessary time with my mother and has always provided great care.

My Husband started seeing her in August of last year, had cataract surgery on right eye Sept. 4, 2024, it has never been right, and she has given us all kinds of reasons why his right eye isn't right. He had a special lens put in and she put it in wrong and then told us she wouldn't fix it. Can't read anything with the problem in his right eye, even though they charged us $1000 out of pocket for the lens. Now she is blaming it all on Dry eyes. I can't believe this woman is allowed to practice in this state. Will take him to another doctor immediately.

Dr Groves Egan & staff were very personalable & answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable & confident with the information she gave me after my exam.

Dr Groves Listened well…explained well…was kind and courteous…three other times I had appointments for cataract removal with other eye Drs. But I backed out…Dr Groves gave me courage and confidence and I felt a peace and my fears fled and I trust her completely…her staff is top drawer too! She is doing both eyes and I am grateful God led me to her via a friend!

I’ve had glaucoma for many years, 2 surgeries 15 years apart. She noticed a slight problem and recommended drops to prevent additional damage. I’m thankful!

Everything regarding the visit went well. Doctor Groves-Egan was patient, kind and answered questions. Her staff was friendly. Please be mindful, this is not a 45 minute appointment. It is through appointment. And we’ll worth the time.

My visit went very well with Dr. Groves. I have been going to her for 13 years. Can I find her to be very thorough. She does extensive testing on one. She is very prompt. The amount of time it takes to do the testing is what it takes for her to see you. She has a medical assistant that performs the testing and then she double checked everything. Dr. Groves is very efficient, professional personable and just an overall good good doctor.

Was way too long a wait in patient room. My appointment was at 10:15 and I didn’t leave until after 11:30. Would have wanted to know it was going to take so long. Doctor knowledgeable and kept me up to date on my issues.

I have seen her for several years and was reasonably happy with her care. A few mths ago I went for a routine check up. I asked for as low-touch as could be managed because I had recently suffered severe bleeding in my damaged eye (CRVO) after working on a recently vaccinated patient in my office. I reported that within 2 hrs of exposure my green eye turned very dark brown and I went blind for 6 wks. It resolved somewhat but I suffered additional vision loss. Her response was angry, threatening, in denial. She finally got ahold of herself and apologized, but moments later she erupted with even more fury. I was very gentle toward her to no avail. She also did not know what VAERS was. Would I trust her in future? I would trust her to put me in an internment camp as she said "people like YOU are the problem!!! NEVER AGAIN! Completely unprofessional, uncaring and threatening. The hospital asked for a review and offered to contact me ....I heard nothing from them, either.
