This doctor has become unhinged
Having Dr. Elizabeth Locke as my primary care doctor for a few years, I've noticed she has progressed in 'God complex' attitude. Having an issue with a specialty care doctor within the same system that Dr. Locke works under, I sent an e-mail request to that doctor with a ONE-SENTENCE question which would only require a one-sentence response. After almost two months of not having any response from that doctor and having multiple messages sent and phone calls sent to this doctor's clinic requesting a response, I reached out to MY primary care doctor, Dr. Locke. Same with her...NO RESPONSE. After multiple times contacting her clinic's office, she did call me. That call was a nightmare. Asking if she would help in getting me an answer, she said....'I'm TOO busy.' My response was, 'I'm one of your 'busy's.' ' She didn't like that and when I attempted to, again, ask her for help, her response was to talk loud AND CONTINUOUSLY so I couldn't get a word in. At that point, I hung up.

Dedicated Knowledgeable Professional
I'd recommend Dr. Locke without hesitation. She is Kind, Caring, and Professional. The VA should take great pride in having her on staff.
