Bad experience and quite rude
She acts as if she has good bedside manner but as soon as she closes the curtain behind her you hear her screaming to someone else talking negatively about you as a patient and how you don’t know what your talking about over and over again. And I mean literally screaming. She was so negative. It was almost comical to see because then she would come back in as if you couldn’t hear what she just said about you. Me and my husband were so confused as to what was going on because the curtain was so thin so how could she expect us NOT to hear her so we absolutely did not want to be induced or have our baby delivered by her. My baby ended up being born full term and healthy anyways and we went to a different providers and hospital despite the fact that she said I needed to be induced early immediately and that I was pretty much making a bad decision choosing not to get induced at that moment

Zero wait time; I went in early because the staff was ready to usher me in right away when I arrived early. Dr. Lorde-Rollins is an excellent listener and gave me detailed answers to every question. She was sensitive to my concerns and allayed them. She spent abundant time with me explaining my case and using an illustrated book that helped me understand.

First visit was pleasant. Dr Rolins performed a colposcopy and was extremely painful. It felt like my insides were being torn out. Before the procedure I was trying to explain that from past surgeries my body is very sensitive and takes long to heal. She remarked, " keep telling yourself that." By then it was too late to say anything else, and she started the procedure. One of the most painful experiences in my life. I would never go back to see her or recommend her to anyone.
