My visits to this practice took care of my sleep apnea (with apparently loud snoring). I am very pleased with my care.

She has a new practice admin who does not let patients see the MD. I liked Dr. Lynch but not the person that I have to deal with now.

I had the best experience at the Sleep Institute of New England. The doctor is very knowledgeable and spent much more time with me than a prior sleep doctor I saw at the hospital in years past. Dr. Lynch explains things in detail. Even though I know it is my responsibility to know my medical insurance deductibles and copays, as a courtesy, the Sleep Institute staff contacted my insurance company to give me an estimate of my cost for sleep study testing. I am doing great because of Dr. Lynch

The Doc is excellent probably the best I have seen with sleep disorders. The Technicians are also patient and easy to work with. The PA is excellent. The only problem with the sleep institute is that when you call you always get a recording and they never call you back. I was told the doctor had some recommendations about my sleep meds via a voice mail. I have called back a minimum of eight times and left eight separate messages but to no avail. It is frustrating and frightening.
