Great bunion surgery results
Dr. Martin is experienced in MIS- and one of the few who does this. (Minimally Invasive Surgery means reduced pain and quicker recovery.) After MIS bunion surgery, my pain level was never severe, only moderate. Quick results and (limited) weight bearing allowed from day one.Caring and experienced in her profession, plus great NP and kind staff.

After a year of limping and pain , dr. Martins was able to take all that away. She went out of her way to make sure that I received the best care, she listened to my concerns and took them into consideration. She healed my ankle and because of her I can walk normal again. She is excellent and I highly recommend her.

If I could give her negative stars I would. She told me to “suck it up” referring to the pain while doing physical therapy. After the cortisone injection and her complete lack of care I sought out a second opinion. My new Dr. felt the MRI showed signs of something we weren’t seeing. He did surgery and my foot was broken. I went through months of extra suffering because of Dr. Martin. But according to Lahey she did nothing wrong.

I selected Dr. Martin because she had a specialty in ankle arthritis. She was very clear and respectfully explained all my treatment options from the most conservative to the most invasive, so my choices were clear. At my age, I am always thrilled when a doctor or other professional does not talk down to me.

Rushed and rude after waiting 45 min in room and meeting with her PA who was negative about everything. Never going back... actually was told to maybe just muscle through the pain... wow!

After 20 years of turning, twisting and having my ankle give out, I made an appointment to see Dr. Martin. She assured me that we could fix the old sports injuries and scheduled surgery for March. It is now five mounts later and I have me life back. She came highly recommended for a reason. and it gets better everyday. Thanks for repairing my badly torn ankle.

I have been so grateful for all of Dr Martin's advice and work. Not only did she help with my fracture but she was incredibly helpful with managing the recovery. When I was worried about infection, she reassured me that I was healing well and gave me very clear advice about home treatment. In the end, I recovered with zero complications and feel 100% thanks to Dr Martin!

From the first appointment through the twelve weeks until i was able to go back to work Dr.Martin was great. she repaired a problem that another Dr. at another hospital wasn't able to do. she warm and friendly, she was very clear about what was going to happen right from the start. I'm very happy with Dr. Martin. below they ask about waiting times, that's not on Dr. Martin, one needs to remember it's a hospital and things happen , sometimes you have to wait a little.I never waited too long.
