Her staff is amazing. Dr. Miller is beyond words. She listens. She’s so compassionate and understanding. She’s also human and isn’t afraid to let you know that. She goes above and beyond being a dermatologist. I leave her office knowing I have been taken care of in the most professional but yet caring way possible!

Go someplace else
I went for a mole check and was shocked at how I was treated.Dr Miller said that my moles were benign and added that I should do my own annual self check by myself at home from now on. (I am one of the few that actually pay for healthcare so that really bothered me). As someone who pays for insurance, I think bi annual visits are not out of line. Skin cancer runs in my family. After telling me repeatedly that my concerns were unjustified and rolling her eyes at me, she removed two flat lesions with a couple squirts of liquid nitrogen.I was so embarrassed I decided to wait a year and get the rest of them removed by a new dermatologist so that I could make a quick escape. I then receive her bill for $660 with a line saying the flat lesion removal was for up to 14 lesions which is something she didn’t tell me. So I called and said I want another 12 removed if I was going to be charged so much and was told that would be another$660 office visit and a few months wait to get an appointment.

Disgusted in Mukwonago – Jul 26, 2022
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Miller?
I saw Dr. Miller for several years. I tolerated her rudeness because she was close by. The last straw for me was when she was identifying my basal cell spots for the nurse to write in my chart. With each spot she sighed and raised her eyebrows as if I was a child who had made a mess. Thankfully, I left and am now seeing a highly respected Dr. I had a bump on an eyelid and scabby patches under my other eye. Each time I asked Dr Miller about these areas I was told they were "nothing." My best friend is a nurse and kept on me to get a second opinion. I have since discovered both areas were "something!" I have had MOHS on one area and have MOHS scheduled for the other area! I also have a big scar on my shoulder from where I was treated and an area on my back where something was removed and not even referenced in my chart. I have never reviewed a doctor, but PLEASE do no see her! Drive into Waukesha and try Affiliated Dermatologists!

Very upset! – Feb 04, 2020

Dr. Miller is highly professional, efficient and very straightforward. She thoroughly explained her findings and observations to me as she performed the skin exam. I was provided with a detailed after visit summary (three pages) that recapped my visit and listed all of her findings and recommendations. I have not received anything like this before. If you are looking for an honest, upfront physician who will tell it like it is, I highly recommend Dr. Miller.

Dr. Miller is kind and very knowledgeable. She was professional, efficient, and answered my questions well. She has incredibly detailed after visit summaries and I was pleased overall with my experience. Looking at other reviews, I can’t imagine what they’re talking about. I personally know many physicians who work themselves to death with the quotas their companies force on them - it’s not their fault they have so many patients to see and not enough time. I felt Dr. Miller did an excellent job with the time we had together, and I scheduled follow up appointments for other unrelated issues that I was not there to see her for that particular time.

I have seen Dr. Elizabeth Miller multiple times because she is the only dermatologist in my area. At every appointment I have been to, she has been rude and unkind; she acts like the simplest question is bothersome. Her support seems to be more for the hospital and drug companies than for her patients.

Worst Doctor our family has ever seen. She is rude, jumps between patients, doesn't take the time to examine or explain her diagnosis. HOW she keeps her license is beyond me and everyone I know she's seen. I think ProHealth keeps her only because she meets their quota! If your thinking of making an appointment... RUN! She's left scares on my face and my daughters friends face. If you differ with her diagnosis she becomes enraged, rude and unprofessionally belligerent.

After a biopsy that was uncharacteristically inconclusive Dr. Miller offered to talk with me while scheduled to have my sutures removed. Suture removal is not a billable appointment but I was billed (upheld when reviewed) although there was no additional examination or procedure at this appointment. If you want an entrepreneur, choose Dr. Miller, if you want a doctor go someplace else!
