Horrible MD. Do not go under her car
Elizabeth PLATZ, I can’t express enough how diapppinted in this human being called MD. She is non compassionate at all and lack professionalism and the knowledge . I went to this place cause I was seeking care at multi care OBGYN and they r both work together . When I have told Elizabeth platz that I have Ms, she recommended that I take my medications as normal even thought I told her my neurologist said I can’t and she was pushing me that I do . This is not your area of expertise to tell me what to take and what not take in an area you never studied . Then when my insurance rejected my glucose device , she refused to do a peer to peer for me and advocate. I work for utilization management myself and I know there are two reasons a provider will not do a peer to peer. They are either incompetent and LAZY to advocate for their patients. In either case, you will not have the privilege to care for me and my future baby cause you don’t have the compassionate in your life to give back

I recently was under Dr.Platz care at Deconess mfm for isoimmunization D antibodies. My titers were too low to titer so she firmly believed the condition must have went away and was very closed minded to any response I had. The condition is lifelong. She insisted I recieve Rhogam, the preventative shot. You cannot prevent the condition I already have. The Rhogam pamphlet has a section that states to not administer if previous diagnosis of D antibodies. But she was very closed minded and insisted on an incorrect route of care. According to ncbi.gov, roughly 50% of mistreated cases of isoimmunization result in fetal brain damage or death. Luckily I have basic knowledge on the condition or I might not have known she was insisting improper care. I transfered care to another mfm immediately and verified that her suggested route of care and knowledge was dangerously incorrect.
