I have never seen such a lack of concern for a patient's time. After waiting several weeks for an initial appointment with Dr. Roesler, I was told I needed an "exam under anesthesia" despite previously having this exam with another Kaiser surgeon. After this exam, I was told I needed surgery to fix the health issue I was experiencing but that it would be MONTHS before I could be seen again. After 6 months of following up and waiting for a surgery date, I was referred to a new surgeon in which I have to start the process over again. As a patient I feel as if I was completely discarded and am extremely disappointed in the care I received from this doctor.
