Doe not care about well-being of patients
I came into the office for an appointment to deal with medical symptoms related to my 30 year history of bulimia. None of these symptoms were mentioned. Instead I was told I looked obese and was given a free sample of weight loss shots. I came to the office for symptoms related to malnutrition, dehydration, and decades of purging only to be told she ‘wanted to help me reach my goals' and if I lost weight I 'wouldn't need my eating disorder'. I was very sick to begin with and did not the shots. 3 months later I was on bedrest for over a month. I could barely walk due to the symptoms I came in with that she didn’t address. Years ago she diagnosed me with hypothyroidism, gave me a prescription, and never mentioned it again. A year ago my TSH level was an 8th of what is should be. I question if I had hypothyroidism to begin with. What do you do when you don't know if you were accidentally given the wrong diagnosis, especially one that has life long consequences on your hormones?

Practice has lost the private feel. I have been going for about 4 years and now see her assistants who are nurses. There is no more one on one patient and Doctor care. I will be leaving the practice.

I have been a patient of Dr Salada’s for many years and have seen the go through its transitions. The one thing that has never changed is my continuity of care. It’s been close to 10 years and I’m 51.

Things have changed in Dr. Salada's office in the last year (since Tara left). I felt like there were too many Assistants and not enough Dr's. Everyone was nice enough, but I felt like they were pushing me to see specialists, with true medical no reason. I was moved from room to room, while at one point having to wait in the hall until another room became available. They reviewed my blood tests THAT WERE A YEAR OLD. I was only there for annual check up! Seems like it's all about the $
