She was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I was not rushed and she made sure to ask if all my questions had been answered.

I had 2 visits in 2 years for skin checks. I felt very rushed and absolutely no bedside manner. The second visit she took pictures of an old mole on my leg that has been there for many years and acted as if it was something new. Staff are very friendly but I cannot say that about the doctor.

I have not had my appt yet. its scheduled for next friday. But i'd already like to give my review, Last month i was in the area and desperate to find a new dermatologist. I pulled on a locked door (after 5) I started to walk away when the receptionist opened the door and asked me in. She said she had nothing better else to do and turned the lights back on. As a new patient, she could not book me until September. But seeing my face riddled with rosacea she winked at me. She said she'd keep an extra special look out for me for cancellations. I got her call at 8pm last night to move my appointment up to next week. I wish I recorded her name. But if Dr. Spiers is as kind and tenacious as her staff, I will give another review.

Dr. Spiers has a very busy office. There have sometimes been long waits but from my experience that is normal for dermatologists. Once you make it back to the exam rooms you are in good hands and the doctor and her staff are very well versed in skin care, treatment and prevention. My only complaint is that I hate country music, but hey, I like her cowboy boots.

I went to Dr. Spiers for my acne from ages 9-14. After going through the gamut of treatments (antibiotics, retinoids, etc.), she claimed she had exhausted all options and was ready to put me on birth control at 11. If a dermatologist elects to put her patient on the pill at a young age, something isn’t right. That’s when I knew I wanted to switch dermatologists. She was eccentric and quick to jump to last resort acne treatments without considering other options. I don’t recommend her at all.

Dr. Spiers looked at a mole that I had on my back which was concenrning to me. That item was not the issue but she saw something else on my inner leg and sure enough it was a problem. She did further surgery and I am healed but thank goodness she saw it and removed it. Thanks so much Dr. Spiers!

I haven't had experiences like the other two reviewers. Dr. Spiers is approachable, explains things in detail at a level that is appropriate and personally called us back with test reults. My whole family uses her. The office staff seems friendly and efficient.

Dr Spiers books about 10 appointments at a time so you wait about 45 min just to go back into a room. Then when she sees you she is super disinterested in you. A week after my appointment I got a call from a pharmacy that my prescription was ready. Dr Spiers never mentioned a prescription. That's how much she pays attention to what is going on. Her staff doesn't care that people wait so long or that phantom prescriptions are called in. Terrible and probably doesn't care about bad reiview.

Long periods of waiting to be checked out to only be serviced with as little as 2 mins with Dr. Spiers. This has happened twice and I will not be going back.
