If the kid likes her. . .
Our daughter is very guarded. She doesn't warm up to everyone right away, especially doctors, which of course can have a direct effect on her care. But when she can connect with a doctor, we know it will move in the right direction. Our daughter liked Dr. Thomas. One of the biggest complaints she has is that doctors tend to talk to her like a baby and Dr. Thomas did not do that. It was our first visit so we'll see how things go but so far things look hopeful. As for the office staff, we didn't have any issues.

Terrible at getting back to the patient
It took 6 phone calls and 7 weeks for the doctor to get back to us on blood tests and blood pressure monitoring results. All we got is result is fine and come back in 9 months. We are sure not going back.
