Dr. Elizabeth Wanner, MD

I was in this office this morning and my daughter had an appt. with Dr. Moore. His nurse asked who my PCP was and I stated that I was looking for a new one due to change in insurance. She recommended that I use Dr. Wanner. I filled out the paperwork for myself and my children to start as a new patient here. Several of the patients waiting were complaining about being skipped over and highly upset. I proceeded to turn in my paperwork and the receptionist asked if I had an appt. which I said no, not yet, and explained what I was doing and she said she couldn't take my paperwork with out an appointment. I told her after hearing everyone complaining this morning and wasting my time filling out the proper paperwork, that if this is how they treat their patients, I would go somewhere else. Another person at the desk said she would take it, but before I passed it over to her, the person I was speaking with rolled her eyes at me. At that point I decided that this wasn't the place for my family

I have been calling multiple times and can't get an answer. Your np is great but if you can't get a call to make an appointment then it's irevelent how good she is

I find the office staff very friendly. She has an excellent nurse practicianer so I can usually get an appointment with one of them pronto. She is a good family doctor and I trust her.

I’ve never met Dr. Wanner, but the office staff is wonderful. I see NP Carmen Broussard. She has always been very nice, a kind soul, she pays attention and takes notes when I tell her how I’m feeling and is extremely knowledgeable. I had a difficult time finding a good doctor when we moved to the Magnolia area from CA almost 3 years ago. She is definitely a keeper!

I have tried calling Dr. Wanner's office for a week, to set an appointment and have not had a return call. I will be finding another doctor

She is the best. She is thorough and caring and spends the necessary time with you which sometimes makes the wait long as she does not rush through patients.

The office staff in this business is inattentive, and lackluster. The telephone system is meager with the rotation to the appointment desk somewhere within the St Luke's system is staffed by personnel rude and unhelpful. They even hang up on you when you call to make an appointment. Further, patient medical information/records are always in the St Luke's system that is so frequently down that it is a true surprise when you can get information in a timely fashion.

Absolutely awesome doctor. She is caring but firm about the best things for my health. But, most of all she listens to what I know about my body. She doesn't try to generalize my care but personalize to fit me and my lifestyle.

Simple she cares

Dr Wanner has always gone the extra mile for her patients. I consider she saved my life twice. First with Breast Cancer and another time I had 3 blood clots in my lungs. I have moved away from the town she practices in but I still drive in to see her. I think she is the greatest ever!!!!!! And she is the only Dr I have ever known to apologize for making you wait. She's the BOMB!!!!!!
