Best RA doctor
I've been seeing Dr Field for 33 years. She got me in remission and it's been maintained all these years. Sometimes you do need to wait because she insists on giving patients the time they need. If you can be patient she is well worth the wait. Excellent in her field!

Misdignosed
Went to her for a Long Time. She told me at age 30 I had Osteo. Art. After leaving her I was dignosed immediatly as RA by 3 different dr. Finally after 15 years of no help by her, I recived the help I needed. I didn't play football, I am a woman how could I have had osteo in hands, wrist, elbows, shoulders? She is also always late by hours. Better pack a snack LOL

I arrived 15 min early I waited over an hour in the waiting room then over an hour in the exam room. When she came into the room, she was rude and seemed frustrated. Btw, no apology for the wait time. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in my 15 min. visit. I was prescribed a medication that made me so sick that I couldn't even see straight. When I went in for my follow up appointment, she slammed my file down on the desk and was over the top angry because I stopped taking the meds that literally made the room spin! Don't waste your time or money on this quack. Her picture looks like a down to earth caring doctor-I can assure you she is far from it. This women needs to retire! Read Less

AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you like to sit in a waiting room for over and hour and a half before going to the exam room and waiting some more!!! This office needs to learn how to schedule appointments with consideration of patient’s time constraints and out of courtesy to their patients. Horrible office staff manners! Only out for your money.

Some other reviews commented on her bedside manner and I would agree-There is none. If your overweight, be careful. I would hate to see someone seriously depressed make an appointment because she told me to take a good look in the mirror and have a conversation with myself about losing 100lbs. Quote “The mirror doesn’t lie. Diabetes is a slow and painful death. I’d choose cancer over diabetes.” Good thing I’m not suicidal because I don’t know anyone in my entire life that has made me feel this horrible about myself…but I’m sure she’s good at the medical part of her job. Makes me feel wonder how much she loves herself.

just now Well worth the wait. I struggled to understand what was wrong with me for 20 years, and she figured it out because she takes the time to. She does not rush you and is analytical. I would recommend her to any one. After reviewing the other reviews, just be patient if I wanted drive through medicine there are lots of places to go. This is not that, this is truly personal medicine.

Top notch Doctor. She is worth the wait and for those who complain about the wait, get over it! You wait because she cares to give each patient Individualized attention and thoroughly examine all your issues, and that takes time. She also practices functional medicine as well as conventional, which is what everyone should be looking into. Big pharma is not the cure, it’s a band aid and short term solution, with terrible side effects. I couldn’t be happier with her advice and am finally feeling hopeful.

TERRIBLE! She is always at least an hour late! It is completely disrespectful to your patients to be that late. She is very rude and has an attitude every time I have been there. I’m finding a new doctor.

Dr. Field has been my doctor for over 25 years now. She has been my GOD SEND!! Figuring out which medication route was best for me and keeping me in check ever since. Many people have complained on the waiting time to see Dr. Field....BUT..Let me remind everyone!!! When “YOU” do get in to see her, she takes her time with “YOU” and makes sure she not only understands what is wrong with you, but, how she plans to help you. So, stop complaining on the time you must wait for her!! SHE CARES!

This doctor is the worst that I have ever seen. First appointment I waited over an hour after my appointment time and no apology was ever made for the wait. This doctor proceeded to tell me her life story and barely took a history on me. She ordered some xrays of my feet as I suffer from chronic achilles tendonitis. When I went back for he results my appointment was at 4:30pm and I was not seen until 7pm. Do not waste your time as she is an incompent scatterbrain who should not practice medicine

I really don't understand all these negative reviews. Dr Field was very warm and fuzzy, and very knowledgeable of my rare condition. Be prepared to wait, but one thing I've learned is you will have to wait for the good doctors.

Unfortunately I had been a long time patient of Dr. Fields. I complained constantly of not feeling well. Labs were run but I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I decided to go to another hospital outside of the LV. I was diagnosed in 2 visits with a rare autoimmune disease. I am on various meds, but was told by my current Drs. that I am years behind treatment for this disease.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. After waiting 2 hours to see her she came in and didn't even apologize for the wait. I suffer from chronic pain and have tried everything she has suggested and its not working. She told me well there nothing else i can do for you. She was so cold, showed no compassion or empathy for my situation. I broke down and cried after the exam and felt so defeated i sat in my car another 15 min in pain and cried about what i just experienced. SOY

Stay away. After being misdiagnosed for 2 years at this practice, I lost two digits on left dominant hand, plus almost lost my thumb on same hand. Plaque deposit in upper arm showering small plaque particles into small blood vessels in left hand was causing blockage which was diagnosed by University of Penn on first visit. Damage already done as plaque collected in small hand blood vessels for two years. I am still doctoring with Penn. Very disappointed with Dr. Field's care.
