Talked of issue as much as possible through video conversation, but needed to look into ears for correct examination and diagnosis. Discussed over counter measures and possible referral to Ear, Nose and Throat for reoccurring issue. Dr was very caring and concerned. Very happy of first time video conference experience.

Doctor Fleenor was responsive to all of my concerns when I discussed my chronic pain issues. She encouraged me to be proactive in my treatment and redirected my request for referral from her to suggesting I make the responsible effort to call a specialist that she approved in discussions as necessary and set an appointment. I appreciate how she is able to help me mentally. I stay cognitively alert under her care and was confident enough to use the transportation from my insurance for the visit. I also am able to utilize the pharmacy at the health services.

Dr Fleenor was very thorough with my visit and was able to create a plan for my health moving forward with realistic goals

I wasn't sure at first about this,since it was my first time. She listened to me (I had been to an emergency room and nothing was done). She diagnosed my symptoms and called in my prescriptions. I'm taking them and feeling better. Thank you Dr Fleenor. God Bless you

DrFleenor is patient, concerning about her patients and very informative . My only downfall is his booked she stays so if you’re sick and need to see her it’s almost impossible , and she’s only in the office one day a week. She should do two full days and a half day . I didn’t like how crowded the office was and the nurses seemed a bit flustered . It was only 9am

Bargains with your healthcare. You must jump through hoops or she will not see you. Inflexible. Must stay on top of her and office staff at CVHS Petersburg like a hawk. Require maintenance medications? Think twice before seeing this person.
