I scheduled an appointment with this ‘doctor’ because I haven’t been able to hear for 2 weeks. Her office called me the day of my scheduled appointment (after waiting a week) and informed me that the ‘doctor’ was not taking new patients. No referring physician. No suggestions.

Reception team not professional...having private conversations between themselves. The Doctor, not interested in patent BP concern because the room I was in did not have the BP cuff needed. I am having dizzy spells. When sitting my BP was normal but when I stood up it dropped significantly. I asked to have it re-checked, and she refused to do it...recommended me to see my Primary Doc. and have her test my BP!!

Dr Silkes did surgery on me several years ago and I have been with her ever since. She is kind of "cold" when it cons to bedside manner, but you can get to her warm side if you work at it.

Came to this Dr with over active sinus and cracking/popping in my ears. Was treated like an old, white haired, senile, wrinkled person with a Medicare #. Once ,she got close enough to look inside my ears. She recommended a hearing test. After the test and the pitch that I was old and all my celia had died so I needed to buy hearing aids, the Dr. said, I can't help you and walked out leaving me in tears. Would not return to her for Any reason.

This office needs an update. While it appeared clean, it was shabby. The office staff was not very friendly, but neither was the doctor. I was kept waiting over half an hour with no explanation. I had gone to have my ears cleared of wax; however, she spent more time asking me questions than she did cleaning my ears. I would not return to this office.
