I never got past the phone call. I called the Rocky Point office for a consultation. I had a few conditions such as I did not want x-rays at this time and just needed to have the dentist take a look and discuss possible solutions to the extensive restorations I need. This is in the neighborhood of tens of thousands of dollars. As I discussed this, the woman on the phone got more and more uptight. Her voice got tense, she tried to talk over me and dominate the conversation. She began to tell me how many years she has been doing this and got increasingly angry and nasty, finally raising her voice and asking "OK?" in a sarcastic tone a couple of times. She was NASTY! No matter how good a dentist is he is only as good as his staff. Who wants to go to a dentist and have to deal with a creature like this? Also should some office person be allowed to be the gatekeeper of who can or can't see the dentist?

I needed extensive dental work and came to Dr Elliot with the hopes that he could help me find a cosmetic and cost effective solution. My broken teeth were debilitating me from doing anything from shear embarrasement. Anyway, Here i am a few months later with a pair of beautiful temporary's and in six months permanents, I am beyond ecstatic!! Dr Elliot is wonderful, precise and talented! The office staff also A++. I did my homework and it was well worth the wait!! A++
