My husband and I are so grateful for Dr. Cropp’s ER care! He and the amazing nursing staff all work diligently to get my 16 year old son the immediate care that was needed in the most urgent way. I can’t thank him enough being such a truly fantastic ER doctor.

Dr. Cropp took care of my husband when he first entered the emergency room for treatment of a variety of pressing medical issues. I was impressed by his care, concern, knowledge and detective work in quickly trying to figure out the cause of my husband's issues and how to treat them. He is clearly very experienced and makes the patient and patient's family feel confident in his skills. As his shift was ending, he took the time to tell me about the next ER doctor who would oversee my husband's case and assured me we were in good hands.

Dr. Cropp treated me for a dislocated shoulder at Thompson Peak Hospital, Scottsdale AZ. I was so was grateful he was on duty in the E.R that night. I dislocated my shoulder and I was in considerable pain as these injuries are. He was kind, patient, well informed physician who made me feel secure, explained what he was going do every step and soon had me heading back home to my own bed. My experience with Dr. Cropp was excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable of course, but also gregarious, listened well and a true advocate for what was best for me. He explained things clearly and concisely initially, yet when he realized I had knowledge about my condition (not my first rodeo), he gave extremely detailed explanations and options. It is rare to find someone as personable and professional as Dr. Cropp in any setting let alone the pressure of an ER. Absolutely top marks!
