Dr. Elmo Newlin, DMD

Dr. Newlin was my dentist for at least a decade, but he retired YEARS ago. I bounced from one practice to another for some time and never found another dentist as gentle, thorough and (dare I say...) comforting as Dr. Newlin. If you had a difficult procedure and were nervous, he would pray aloud that it would go smoothly; it was so endearing that all nervousness was forgotten. Those years with him were when I ran out of enough healthy teeth to continue to fill them and needed to crown many of my molars, so I saw him even more often than twice a year but never dreaded the visits. I don't think I ever visited another dentist who did not comment on how nice those crowns were, either! I hope he is still well and that someone who knows him relays my sentiments to him. He. Was. The. Best.
