Very professional and personal service
I met with Dr. Chiang after having a terrible experience with Sofia, a PA in the ER. He was professional and compassionate and provided me with sound medical advice. When a person is in the ER, they are usually in a vulnerable state, so being treated with respect is greatly appreciated.
