Initial visit
Doctor Perez was though patient and thorough with my husband Tom's initial appointment. Her staff is wonderful and we feel fortunate to have her to treat his diabetes!

Truly need help
I waited 3 months for this appointment. I NEED help. She was “cold”So disappointing. I have all of the symptoms of Cushing Syndrome… from stress. She was so cold speaking to me. Is sending me to retake tests I have already taken and scheduled me back in 4 months. I NEEDED help 3 months ago when I made this appointment. And now she just pushed me aside for another 4 months of NO TREATMENT. I understand that tests need to be done. But to schedule a follow up 4 months after the first visit?! The tests that she prescribed will take 1 week. I NEED help NOW. Walked past me when I was checking out like I was nothing. Almost bumped me on the way out. No eye contact not even a goodbye. Sad.This isn’t a “family doctor” visit. I needed help way before I made the initial appointment. Lazy and lack of care as far as me personally

Worst doctor and personnel in town. Had an appointment for 10:00 am and after waiting over an hour the doctor couldn’t see me. The receptionist was very rude when ask her what was going on.

The office staff is very uncooperative. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor. They do no listen to what you are saying. I have had wrong diabetic supplies ordered for me on more than one occasion.
