DR.Dozier has been a privilege for me to be able to have as my primary physician . He has a lot of wisdom and common sense. I wish I could say the same for the girls that I have had to deal with. They have been very rude and would not let me talk to him. There has been one of them and her name is Christina she has been the best and most helpful. I have a bad problem with remembering and misplacing my phone at times. Then they seem to be punishing me for something that I certainly don't do on purpose. Hopefully Christina will be back soon. But hey DR.Doziet is the best.

Dr Dozier is the SMARTEST doctor in Bakersfield.
I’ve known Dr Dozier for 30+ years. I worked as an RN in the hospital & did an NP internal/family practice clinical rotation w/him. He’s the SMARTEST doctor I know. Period. He diagnosed my stroke (I would’ve died) when a neurologist called it atypical migraine. He found my RA after years of docs calling me crazy. He CARES. I feel like he knows us. Unfortunately we retired in OK & driving to B-town to see him, at this moment, bc the docs in OK are stupid. I trust him to save my life, again. He’s my last hope.

definitely no
I'm not exactly sure what this doctor's problem is, but he does not deliver on what he says he's going to. My mother's been exposed to mold, she was told by an ER doctor last Tuesday that she needed to get into be seen by an allergist because what he gave her was not a permanent fix for what was going on. She had the telehealth appointment with him last Thursday, and explain the situation. He then demanded to know when she sees the rheumatologist, we explained we were waiting on his office had been for 2 months now to get the referral out to them. He says we need to do that first, so I make the appointment the next morning, and was told after that appointment was done she would be seen by the allergist he would make the referral. I've been calling since last friday, and this morning the girl tells me at the office that there is no referral for an allergist at all. Don't waste your time here, my mom was physically ill her first appointment and it took them forever. Don't waste your time

Dr. Dozier's staff is not only extremely rude especially over the telephone but they are incompetent and lack professionalism.

We feel that Dr. Dozier’s employees are trained to argue with the families and their patients, they are not trained to properly address the needs of the people especially at these times wherein it’s too difficult yo get a hold of the doctor. The person who answered my call was so argumentative and condescending, my question is ,are they really professionally trained? I felt that I was talking to someone from hell.

I’m a new patient of Dr Dozier for about a year now . The Staff is very helpful with all my questions and refills and appointment questions I might have. The office visit are not to long and Dr Dozier takes the time to view my charts and examined me each time and answer any questions I have with my medical problems. JimmyJamesJr.com

I love Dr Dozier. I’ve been with him for approximately 5 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Staff has always been kind especially April, she’s amazing. Shantina in the lab is awesome. Will never let anyone draw my blood again but her.

The Doctor Himself is excellent, very compassionate and understanding and really cares for his patients. The Staff on the other-hand is a hot mess, a train wreck and that about sums it up as of 6/2/2016
