Was hospitalized Oct 2024 to have my baby. Dr Michaels did my epidural. He was wonderful. Very caring. Explained everything to me. Made sure I had relief and checked on me after.

Biggest Rip off, had an Endoscopy he billed me the same amount as the nurse he used , so I received 2 bills from his office for 854.00 each, my Gastro billed for a quarter of the price, lesson learned

My Wife had Robotic Surgery, and Dr. Michaels treated her with the utmost respect and dignity and made her very comfortable during her preop preparation for her surgery. Continuously checking in on her. He never let her be afraid. The support he gave her, was admirable, even when I wasn’t able to be with her. He quieted her from feeling afraid of her surgery during the time that I could not be there, because of hospital protocol. His bedside manner is truly a blessing and understanding and I am glad that Dr. Michaels was there to take up the slack when I could not. And even after the surgery, he kept checking in on her, even after she left the hospital. The next day he came at the hospital, I was told, but she had already left. Weeks past by, and I was amazed that he called to check up on her. We have never had that kind of support. I would always recommend Anesthesiologist Dr. Emil Michaels. And anyone could trust him for his caring and understanding. He knows what you’re feeling.

Dr. Michaels was very thorough in discussing his plans prior to the procedure and took very good care of my father during surgery. Thanks. Doc!

My surgeon chose him for my anesthesiology during my surgery. This guy seems nice enough, only saw him for five minutes before I knocked out. He needs to pick a new company that handles their medial bills. He used envision physician services. They are ruthless! First of all, they somehow had an address for me that was five years old sending bills to which I never received. I went out of my way to try to get their contact information and find out what my amount due was. They threaten with collections, negative credit scores etc. All I wanted to do was put the account in full but put it on hold and pay it in 45 days in January when I get more money in my healthcare spending account but they refused. So they are not allowed to do that they claim and I will be sent to collections. Pathetic, this is why our healthcare system is so messed up and people are getting in so much healthcare debt. They are unwilling to work with anybody uncaring and ruthless. One word sums it up, greed.

Dr. Michaels is very friendly and professional. He explained everything about the procedure and answered all questions in detail. I had great experience with the surgery and after I woke up I did not have any nausea, headache or anything else to be uncomfortable. I am planning on using his services for the other surgery if necessary.

Dr. Michaels was very professional during my surgical procedure. He made sure all my questions were answered. Really seemed interested in making sure I was comfortable and free from pain.
