I found Dr Franco to be an excellent physician. Although she ran a bit late, she immediately apologized and explained why. Dr Franco was very thorough in going over my medical problems and ordered appropriate tests and medications. She was very easy to talk to and showed much interest in finding ways to resolve my problems.

Unprepared, and worse yet, unreceptive to concerns and questions. Felt as though she had no patience, and no interest in understanding how I was actually feeling. Office was difficult to work with and they canceled my appointment leaving me to deal with scheduling to find another time for my follow-up that had been scheduled months out, all while trying to stay safe during the pandemic. Condescending at times, and certainly poor from a bed side manner standpoint, I plan to find a new cardiologist.
