We had scheduled for one doctor initially but they switched to another doctor without explaining. Doctor payed attention to interrupting staff more than me. The staff was rude, including cutting people off mid sentence. DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

If I can give less than 1 star, I would! The first time I visited Doctor he faced his computer screen more than me. The second time I contacted his office, his staff was great, and a kind woman really helped me out but when I talked to him, he absolutely confused me with another patient and when I told him I didn't know what he was talking about, he continued confusing me with another patient. Weird that he would confuse me when I confirmed who I was beforehand with him. Third time, we tried TeleHealth virtual talk and he didn't like that my speech was delayed on his part, so he told me to schedule for another day. I scheduled for the following day and I waited over an hour and a half in the virtual waiting room, he never answered and his team was supposed to reach out to me but they didn't. It's evident his patients are a joke to him. I would NOT recommend. We need doctors who care for us and take us and our medical needs seriously.

The town need more doctors like him, very professional, the people around him very polite

I've been seeing Dr. Jiminez Arocho 3yrs he is awesome he takes his time and listens to you. He will give you as many referral's as possible to find out what is going. I don't ever want to change doctors! Only difficulty is he's from pr but he does extremely well!

I've been a patient eith him for more than 6 months. He is a great doctor, he answer all my questions and have no doubt when referring me to another doctor (specialist). I will highly recommend him as a doctor.

The worst doctor and worst experience I have had in my 62 year. He doesn't listen to the patient's concerns. He is also rude and disrespectful. Even when he has the evidence in front of his face such as MRA reports etc. he refuses to write referrals to see a specialist. He doesn't deserve to be called doctor since he doesn't act like a one. The man is grossly incompetent. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone even to a dog. He has no business in the healing profession......

The worst experience and doctor I ever met, he don't care about your health and what you think or concerns you have. Im not going back to him , I'm prefer going to veterinarian then him because they are more professional and doctor then him

Horrible doctor. I had to spell a disorder for him as he Googled the test to test for it. He also had to be informed that there was such a thing as a 2 step TB test which my profession requires. He told me that performing 2 tests would cause a positive result (which did not happen btw because my 2nd test was still negative). He also refuses to refer out patients because he would prefer to treat a multitude of life threatening disorders on his own. The wait is also horrible!
