Dr Altman has been my family dermatologist for 18 years. I have not seen more conscientious or knowledgeable doctor. Most bad reviews are about office staff which has nothing to do with the physician. It's more about inefficient way summit medical operates. If you have a skin problem nobody can help you - this is the doctor for you. I am very happy and recommend dr Altman without reservations.

Dr. Altman's attention to detail and knowledge of all things dermatology, as well as peripheral conditions affecting the skin are amazing. I have the utmost respect for her abilities as a physician and ability to diagnose, as well as effectively treat skin conditions. She always addresses my concerns in detail and takes the time to examine the whole, rather than just focus on the area of complaint.

Dr Altman has been my Dermatologist for many years. She has found that I'd had skin cancers several times. Most have been successfully removed by her, but once she referred me for Mohs Surgery on my ear. If she had not found these cancers, including one Melanoma, I would have developed more serious problems. I strongly recommend Dr Altman for anyone who needs a thorough, patient, and compassionate Dermatologist.

I am very happy that I have found Dr Altman. She is an understanding, caring dermatologist that is a wonderful diagnostician. I have had various skin conditions in sensitive areas that other doctors could not figure out. At times when I get flares I am able to be seen promptly by a knowledgeable staff.

We just went for an office visit to find out we were not in the system. Inneficiency at its best! The staff is probably Dr. Altman's major problem. There are dozens of other dermatologists in the same building. GOOD BYE dr. Altman, hello Dr Nijhawan!

I have a chronic autoimmune disorder which is not only difficult to treat but misdiagnosed by many dermatologists causing life changing results to many women. Dr Altman immediately knew what it was and has been tenaciously treating it. She is an intelligent, kind and skilled doctor and am lucky to have been referred to her. I often need immediate visits due to flareups and her office always fits me in. I couldn't be happier with her.

I had to wait an hour in the exam room on my first visit. second visit I was scheduled for a 7am appointment and after arriving on time I am told they don't start until 7:30. Finally bring me into the exam room and I have to wait 15 minutes for the doctor to come. While I'm waiting I hear the nurses/medical assistants warming the someone to get ready for me. Do they think I can't hear them when they're talking right outside the door? So unprofessional and juvenile. Very upsetting experience
