Dr. Emily Bowman, MD

I have been w Dr Bowman for about 10 years. I followed her from BoysTown and drive quite far to continue to see her. Words cannot describe how amazing she is. She is the best listener and is so genuine, understanding, and empathetic. She is part of my team of light and I will contine to see her as long as I can. I am so grateful for her.

They were very good at stringing me along, letting me think I was dying of heart failure instead of informing me I had a stomach issue.

She was very efficient with our time together. I am not the kind to want to have tea and crumpets with my doc, unlike some of the other reviews. She handled my concerns quickly, efficiently and effectively. Would recommend her.

Dr Emily has cared for my mom for 6 yrs now. We have had a few disagreements over the yrs but she and her staff has always been very professional! She seeks other professional opinions if she doesn't know the answer. I was a military medical professional and have some experience but none in geriatrics. While I may not always agree with her assessments, she does such a great job, that she now sees my wife and adult daughter. It is my pleasure to highly recommend her and her staff! Including her former nurses, Dawn, Ashley and Silvia along with her newer team, Becca and Kelli who both have yrs of experience within the same team.

I have been seeing Dr. Hill- Bowman for 6 years and she is the best physician I have ever had. She genuinely cares for her patients and I have never seen her be rude or unkind in anyway.

My visit with dr. Bowman was not a good one. She did not listen to me and instead was suggestive to me feeling other symptoms and misdiagnosed me. Her and her office handled my results terribly. They don’t call it “practicing” medicine for nothing.

I am so frustrated that I feel like I can not even talk to my PCP about any of my issues. If you have an issue that Dr. Hill Bowman is not familiar with, then it will not be addressed and her focus will be on something else. If you want any tests ran, you will 95% of the time need to ask for them. Also, if she misdiagnoses you, she will not admit she was wrong! It will be turned around to make you look and feel ludicrous. If she does not like you, or if she is mad at you, you will get rudeness, she will be very short with you, and she won't even say goodbye as you walk right by her desk, ha! Pretty petty! (All stemmed from me voicing my concerns about her very disrespectful nurse Ashley!)

Dr Bowman most always gets me in to see her asap to help me with my many health issues

I had a routine well check with Dr. Hill Bowman; she was very personable and professional.

Dr. Hill Bowman has been great. She is thorough. She asks questions and listens to me, my input and my concerns. She always wants to be sure I feel comfortable with our medical plans and I never leave with unanswered questions.

She is a very caring provider, and can get you in and out quickly - However she told me that if I didn't lose weight she was going to suggest a weight loss surgery (like a lap band, or gastric bypass) however, I do not meet the minimum requirements for that. I do admit I am over weight but I do not weigh close to 300 lbs, and it is very discouraging to be told by a provider they will suggest that type of surgery when it's within the first 3 visits with the doctor.
