About as rude as a doctor could get
She walked in with an attitude and it only got worse. Rude, rushed and gave me false information. Had asked for a different doctor but still ended up with her. Big UGH!!

DO NOT SEE ECKROTH!!!
If you go to the north walk-in clinic and they say 'Dr' Eckroth is who you will be seeing, either request someone else or leave and go to a different walk-in. I went to the walk in not knowing I would be belittled and made to feel dumb once I told her what my symptoms were, but to my surprise that is exactly what happened. They did blood tests on me and also ordered a CT scan to see what was going on and a few days later got a call saying the scan came back, quote on quote, 'remarkable' and that blood tests showed that my organs and everything were great and nothing to worry about. Fast forward a couple weeks and getting a second opinion I ended up in the ER, where they told me the CT scan she had ordered showed my spleen was swollen due to my heart valve actually having a mass in it that then caused me to be admitted and having emergency heart surgery to replace a heart valve that was too far damaged to save. She truly needs to lose her license and should not be seeing patients.

Never again – May 17, 2024

I have been going to the North Walk In Clinic since it opened up. I have always had a good experience with their front office staff, nurses and doctors. Unfortunately today I ended up having to be seen by Dr Eckroth. In all my years I have never been treated so poorly my a medical professional. She was patronizing, disrespectful and rude. Her whole demeanor and attitude was so negative I had to get up and leave the clinic, only to have to be seen at a different location.

Disappointed
Rude and unprofessional. I am surprised she remains employed. Disappointed in Sanford for continuing to employ her when she has such a lack of care towards patients.

Disgusting attitude.
Disgusting attitude, dismissive, asks patient what they “want her to do”, rude, criticizing, and won’t spend more than 2 minutes talking with any issues

Very rude and spends very little time with you. She is not afraid to yell at a patient for her not understanding and not being able to listen which is her own problem.
