Patient several years now
She is busy, and sometimes it can feel like she isn’t interested in your health complaints outside of what is pressing about your cancer. And if whatever it bugging you is a physical complaint she feels isn’t about your cancer, she may not want to get balled up in that. Even if you think it’s related to your cancer… hahaha.She’s a very capable and smart specialist. I believe you can trust this doctor to know exactly the current schema for a cancer in her wheelhouse. Cancer is such a crushing diagnosis. Hang in there!

Would not recommend.
I did not feel that this doctor was listening to me or seemed to care about me during treatment. After my chemo she kept assuring me that I was cancer-free, and she only did follow up CT scans not PET scans like she advised me that she would. Then I started having symptoms and when I asked her about them during an appointment, she said she didn't know why I was having symptoms and didn't really provide any guidance to alleviate symptoms. As a result, I got a second opinion, and it turns out I was not cancer-free after all and can't be treated, so am now on Hospice with a limited life expectancy.

She was pleasant and a good listener. I felt I was heard. She seems to be intelligent and very competent. No drama. I feel safe in her care.

If you have cancer, she has answers. Getting a plan and good care is critical. She doesn’t sugar coat, but is also warm and compassionate.
