Dr Pollard and her staff are very professional. She has fantastic bedside manner. She does not try to sell you on additional procedures or services and really helps you to achieve a realistic, healthy and safe goal. I will definitely be using her for additional procedures.

Dr. Pollard is an incredible doctor. She is very knowledgeable and has years of experience in her field. She listens attentively and gives you as much time as you need. She and her staff are extremely professional and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend her!

What a horrible office and staff! Especially Gabriella. They know nothing about client service and good business practice! I did not trust reviews and went to the office, where I just wasted money and got advice that made no sense. Practice is not using the latest innovations in plastic surgeries and relies heavily on old marketing with Oprah to attract clients- pathetic. Moreover whey have unforgetting cancelation policies to protect themselves and charge for scheduling. Do not waste time

Very friendly , make you feel comfortable and that you can trust her abilities , seeing her pictures of her and Oprah Winfrey make you feel even more trusting . My main goal was to rid myself of under eye bags but I wish I had left them alone ,my right eye looks as if it was cut twice underneath and is still puffy and baggy with bumps too boot .I need more makeup now than before for my eyes .

I didn't like the results of my breast reduction surgery. One breast is somewhat bigger than the other so in my opinion more tissue should have been taken out or left in to accommodate for size so both breast could be symmetrical. The side boobs was still there after surgery but was supposed to be removed based on the consultation. Please get a written contract before getting any surgery. Overall, It could have been worse. I feel the surgery was rushed in my opinion.
