Most deplorable bedside manner I have ever seen! Extremely rude and condescending. She did not meet any of my needs and she acted as if she could care less that she fell short of the standard of care for my chief complaint.

She has absolutely no bedside manner. She didn't greet me with a hello, goodbye or thank you. Thank goodness she was a fill in for my regular Dr.

Dr Emily Smith was recommended to me by a few friends. I have seen her three times and have been very satisfied with my visits. She is very thorough, showed me my lab results on the computer screen, and explained the results which was a new experience for me. We had good conversation about my medical history, she asked me questions and listened to me, and answered my questions. I never felt rushed and highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Dr. Emily Smith since 2011 when she was located in Incline Village, NV. I am thrilled that she is now located in Reno. The time she takes so answer all my questions is truly amazing. I feel so lucky to have found her. She is thorough, and will go the extra step when needed. If you are looking for a new primary care doctor, she should be your first call.

Dr. Smith has saved my husband's life 3 times. She has been our doctor for over 18 years and we absolutely love her for her caring and loving attitude. We are in our 80's now and she's still keeping us healthy and happy. Barbara and Ronn Everman

Dr. Smith treated me and my husband for 15 years. She has also treated both of my children (now teenagers) all of their lives. She is knowledgeable, courteous, and really listens. She is direct with her professional knowledge but still respects my personal (mommy) preferences. I have never felt judged or belittled. My children have never dreaded going to see her. Her staff is friendly and accommodating.
