Awful. Waited over 1 hour to been seen by the doctor. Over scheduled and tried to get me out and rescheduled as fast as possible. Does not value patient time.

Seems like a nice Doctor, until you need something, then you're on your own. He has refused(for no reason) everything I have asked of him. To boot he refuses to issue me my life saving medicine. You know the medicine I need to survive. I would avoid and find another Doctor.

Accessable compassionate kind and caring.
Dr. Louis and all members his staff all treated me with kind compassion after I lost everything in Hurricane Ian. My now former Dr. couldn’t find time for me until January 2023.

Perfect Doctor
Dr. Emlyn Louis has been my doctor for almost a decade. He is an excellent diagnostician and physician. He is a truly wonderful human being; he is kind and compassionate to his patients. I have great respect and gratitude for Dr. Emlyn’s care. He is the perfect doctor for me!

I usually NEVER write reviews, but I just HAD TO after my most recent visit with Dr. Emlyn. The best Doctor I've ever seen! His ability to diagnose any health issue is prodigy-level. I've seen 2-3 doctors before I went to Dr. Emlyn, none of them could help, and after 1 visit with him, he prescribed exactly what I needed! Since then I have been his patient.

When I signed up for my insurance plan through my employer I was given a list of providers who accept my insurance. I chose Dr. Louis from the list and was very excited about making my first new patient appointment. The service that I received from the office staff is horrible. The guy who took my call was very rude, would not answer any of my questions, all he continued to say is that they do not accept my insurance.
