I can see why she was the first one available…
Have been experiencing what felt like an ongoing Lyme flare up for several months, to the point where it’s been interfering with my ability to do my job well. All I wanted to do was to get to the bottom of the flare up, and to find out if any of the pain was related to menopause not Lyme. She was BEYOND dismissive on all fronts. She had someone else’s chart with her (only noticed because I saw the top of the chart and the age listed was four years older than me.) I told her that while was grilling me about meds I’d never been prescribed, and a bi-polar diagnosis I’d never had. She brushed it off and claimed to have nearly memorized my chart prior to my appointment so it didn’t matter if she had the wrong one in the room with her. Claimed I’d never had a Lyme diagnosis, and got rude and dismissive with me when I offered to call my primary care to confirm the positive test with them. I never had a chance to even talk to her about what brought me in that day.

The Rudest Most Condescending Woman I’ve Ever Met
This woman is by far the rudest and most condescending woman I’ve ever met. She has a hostile bedside manner and she will smile while she makes fun of you and makes you feel bad for having the condition you have. She is a vile gaslighter. AVOID at all costs!

Incredibly rude, dismissive and patronizing provider. Refused to answer questions and became agitated almost immediately. The entire experience was the worst I’ve had with a doctor- ever. I will not be returning.

The Best Doctor
Dr Dilorio is by far the best doctor that has ever treated me. She really knows what she's doing and is so professional doing her analysis and communicating with you that you never feel anxious or uneasy during your visit. I know I am in good hands with her and that whatever treatment she recommends will definitely help me and eventually cure my problem. I wish Dr. Dilorio was my GP. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Emma D. is a conscientious and exceptional physician. She took more time than normal today to explain my lab results and dexascan. I have a crazy multitude of health problems and felt previously she was dismissive of me, but today she seemed like a lovely soul, and I appreciate that.

As a long time patient, I can say initially, my experience was very good. My opinion has been going down hill for the past several years. She brushes everything off and doesn’t listen. She also is dismissive and doesn’t give attention to questions. I am very disappointed with the deterioration of care.

First thing, reading my MRI reports which lists disk herniations in cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, she flips the pages saying - “that’s nothing.” Then disparages my former doctors. Totally dismisses my pain, “I don’t see why that should give you pain.” She zeros in on my MRI of the knee and 5 or 6 times, tries to convince me to let her give me a cortisone shot! Pokes me a few times, says I have fibromyalgia and gives me RX. After having side effects, I was told not to bother to return.
