UPSETTING
my appt was at Oviedo location. receptionist was nice, wait not to long. i went for my check up & possible UTI. Tech took vitals, left room saying Doc would be right in. Tech comes back with Covid test, I had NO SIGNS of Covid! Tech said Dr. Herrera wants me to take test. I said I dont need the test NO SIGNS! Tech went back to Herrera, comes back & informe me she will not see me if I dont take test! NO REASON TO TAKE TEST! So she would not see me BUT said I could go out in the parking lot & she would do a virtual. UNBELIEVABLE. So I did but no urine test was taken and she said she didnt have to see me if i didnt take the test! What ever happened to the Doctors oath? Why do i have to take a Covid test when I have no signs & tech was fine with being in with me! Im glad she is NOT my regular Doctor....

Dr. HERRERA is the best medical provider I have ever encountered. Not only is she professional and understanding, but she is also non-judgmental and accurate with her diagnosis. I am hoping to be under her care for years to come.

I had been truthful with my former physician about my drinking alcohol and her advice was to to cut back and get labs and check up in 6 months. Dr. Herrera listened to me and heard and recognized my truthfulness as my inner voice asking for help. She asked me questions and helped me realize that I had to do more than jusy try- we explored the idea of re-hab and she helped me find a center that was right for me, my family and our budget. I went to re-hab then AA and got myself sober.

I went to this office with a terrible throat infection, I have very bad luck that day she was there . She not even check my throat and she decide to said yes I believe you have thoat infection. No I already know that !!!! My infection was bad and the worst I had in my life . She only recommend amoxicillin 500(500( pleaseeeeeee I have a lot in my house of that no I want you to check my throat and recommended something strong at least for the pain I was in 20 level of pain she even bother to ask.
