Dr. Emmanuel Nwumeh, MD

I have been seeing Doctor Nwumeh for five or six years now. He is very friendly and genuinely concerned about my health. he doesn’t rush you in and out like some of these other healthcare centers. He takes his time and listens to you. Genuinely concerned about my health. His office is open in the evenings and on Saturday. He has excellent hours for people who work the dayshift. Excellent doctor.

Every time I have my yearly checkup he seems distracted. One time he was honestly on a web conference during my appointment. I don't trust him anymore and I'm actually changing doctors because of his lack of interest. The reason he has "odd hours" (from other review) is that he is also a doctor for the VA Clinic in Bettendorf and they are open unitl 4:30pm M-F. That's how I know him. BTW I do have insurance, but have had better care through the VA just not from him. I would not recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nwumeh since he was at John Deere Medical group. He is an exelent doctor and the most selfless person you will ever meet. He uses newer technology when giving care. I.E RX's, Referrals, text messaging lab/test results, ect. If you call outside of office hours, Dr will call you back personally. Once your an established patient he gives you his cell phone number. His staff may get a bad name however they are educated and following doctors orders. He is worth the wait.

Dr. Is ok but gabby on his staff is lazy and messe up appointments and refused to make referrals.

Hands down the best doctor I have ever had. Always returns calls no matter the time it is and he is the one that return your call, not his nurse. He actually take the time to call. Unheard of now s days. Often long wait times in his office but we'll worth the wait. A doctor that really cares about his patients. Definitely one of a kind doctor.

Dr. N. was a lifesaver for me, easygoing and compassionate. His strange office hours, weekdays 4.30 - 8.30 p.m., are perfect for us. The real problems are his staff and his phone. Although in Moline, his phone number goes through a long distance number. His staff is not always there. Some of his nurses are not up to snuff. In general, I find him excellent.

Dr. Nwumeh is amazing!! He is the best doctor I have ever had. Explains what is going on, listens!! Truly a gem to have here in our quad cities!!!

Dr Nwumeh always, always, always, takes his time with his patients. He is very thorough and attentive to your needs. He takes great care and time in listening and considering all viable options for the treatment of whatever may be ailing you. Top notch bedside manner and a true, genuine concern for your well being. I highly recommend him!
