Dr. Rickard's office is run so terribly that even the nurses and staff people complain. Every time I went in, I waited for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time to get in. It was only when I requested my copayment back was I brought back to see Dr. Rickards. The last time, I started lecturing the whole staff that this was unacceptable that they quickly got me back to the treatment room where I waited for another 25 minutes for Dr. Rickard. I politely told her that her time was no more valuable than mine. She started to tell me that on certain Tuesday's there were a lot of patients and that I should schedule it a different day. (Cue the gaslighting!) I responded that it wasn't only Tuesdays and scheduling was not my job and that her excuses were preposterous. Even the nurse came up to me afterwards and said that the office was always run like this and that they were always behind schedule with patients waiting for hours. This is a complete lack of disrespect for patients.

Dr Rickards is a very professional yet busy Dr. She was caring and kind and I would highly recommend her. Very professional. She corrected my arthritic hand and I now can use it with very little pain unlike before.

Worst experience ever! My appointment was scheduled for 10am and I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early. I arrived at 9:25. I sat in the waiting room until 11:30 because Dr Rickards was running behind schedule. After getting a quick set of xrays. The doctor came in for 5 minutes. Told me xrays we’re fine and to stop using the splint I had been using for a month. Then she backtracked and gave me a different brace and told me to come back if I had any problems. Awful!

Incredibly arrogant disregard for patients. I'm a former patient of this group. I've made two calls (no way to talk to a live person, you can only leave a message), left two messages and sent an email, requesting an appointment. No response; it's been a week. Apparently patients are like cattle to be used as desired, otherwise to be ignored.

My experience with Dr. Rickards and her staff was amazing. They were on top of everything in a friendly professional manner. I was in so much pain with a severely broken wrist that required surgery and they made me feel that I was top priority. According to those I chatted with in the waiting room, they too praised Dr. Rickards. The office was very clean and comfortable. I had 4 visits to her office and was very pleased and grateful every visit.

Rudest staff ever! Arrogane at its finest. Waited almost and hour from my appointment time. Mind i tell you i called to schedule an appointment 10 plus times and no one was willing to schedule it for me nor tell me what Ineeded in order to get an appointment made. I always got sent to her personal assistants recording machine and never got a call back. Saw the doc for 2 minutes and the snobbish, thinks she knows it all assistant for a painful two more minutes. Go to TJ 'll get better treatment.
